The Hadhari village in Kelantan held at the complex of Sekolah Men. Ismail Petra in Kota Bharu from the 18^th to 20^th of August 2006 has been swamped by 500,000 visitors. Various exhibitions by government agencies had also delighted the program.

JAKIM was appointed as the lead agency in handling the first principle exhibition: Faith and piety to Allah. JAKIM’s booth has been the main attraction to visitors at the village. Various products and information were exhibited; amongst them, the Explanation about Islam Hadhari, Information on halal products, Items seized from deviate practitioners, Transformation of the Hijiri calendar and also Sales of JAKIM publications. An organizing team of 30 members had cooperated to the success of the exhibition program.

On the 20^th of August 2006, the Right Honourable Prime Minister had officiated the Hadhari village and also visited JAKIM’s booth there. Hopefully with such exhibitions the people will know the function of JAKIM and gain latest information about it
